Ballet

On the 19th of March the Senior half of the school went to the Royal NZ Opera House to watch some people do ballet. There where three dances. My favourite dance was the the last one because it had a combo of all of the dances and because there where people using tamberines. I loved all the dances but I liked the last one the best.

Swimming

This term we have been trying to improve on our swimming skills. 

I have been wanting to get better at breaststroke and Freestyle. The reason why need to get better at breaststroke is because I still move my legs at the wrong time. I need to get better at freestyle because I sometimes  touch the ground and don't put my head under the water.

I'm good at dolphin dive and back stroke because when we have free swim I always practise them, well most of the time. I'm also good at them because I practise them when we do relays and when Miss Candish does swimming groups.
